    Your father only has temporary permission to work in Germany. He has no immigration status, and no way to become a legal resident. You are a dependent child of a temporary worker, IF you have any way to go to Germany temporarily to begin with, and will have to return to your country of citizenship once you "age-out" of dependent child status, i.e. you become a legal adult. So you can marry your gf in your country of citizenship when you return. You're not staying in Germany yourself, and have no way to bring her to Germany. If you are already 17, and become independent adult at 18, therefore no longer eligible for any dependent visa, you aren't even going to Germany in April - or ever.
