When can you get your license in NC?

Moving from NC to the Seattle area. How can I get the license, lease and everything from here? Confusing...?

    Jobs do not require a local license, any one can do. Landlords might, but will also waive that depending on how much money you can put down, or if you have proof of a job such as offer letter. I have a really hard time understanding why your job would demand that money go to a local bank. They don't really care as it doesn't cost them anything one way or the other.

There is not one inch of NC that is more expensive than Seattle. if money is tight, and you do not already have a job lined up, I urge you not to move here. You will not make it.
