I work with someone in the bio-pharmaceutical industry and she has a degree in psychology. She does data entry. I have always heard you need your PhD to make psychology work for you. If you enjoy it, do the time and get the best and highest degree you can no matter what the course of study. I want my daughter to get her PhD in anything, just opens more doors even though it take a while to get it. I would rather her be 30 with a PhD than 30 and having to go back to school to get it while working full-time. Nowadays a masters is about like having you bachelors degree. Definitely don't stop without at least a masters in your field.
