I'm a high school junior wanting to major in criminal justice/police science in college. What kind of extracurricular activities would look good on my college application?

OK...look for any volunteer opportunites with your local judicial system, law office, etc.....You could be a shadow for a lawyer, a judge, things of that nature....Extracurricular would seem more like something one would uptake NOT RELATING TO Scholastic coursework....So what you are looking for wouldnt be extracurricular, but kinds of jobs applicable to your intended which some examples are mentioned at the beginning of this answer.
