Now let me tell you this: Extra small combo - small sandwich, tag-along, small drink Small combo - small sandwich, small fry, small drink Medium small combo - small sandwich, small fry, medium drink Small medium combo - medium sandwich, small fry, medium drink Sandwich counts as double extra unless it makes you have diarrhea, then it is a medium extra. Also if there is spoiled mayonnaise on the sandwich, then you can have a large drink for no extra charge if you eat the whole sandwich and get intestinal cramps and unending bouts of rancid dripping flatulence - but you need to get a wet monkey coupon from the manager first. Medium small combo - small sandwich, small fry, medium drink Medium combo - medium sandwich, medium fry, medium drink Extra medium combo - medium sandwhich, medium fry, extra medium drink with some ice, and depending on the restaurant there can be a medium tag-along. There can be a substitution of an ice cream or soft serve if you have a double diarrhea incident or if you want to avoid breaking out in oozing, pus-infested boils. There are also medium large, large, and extra large, but these are on the way out, because the fat dummers who used to order this stuff have either died from cancer or heart disease or they are at Old Country Buffet filling their bulging gullets with sludge from the all-you-can-eat trough.

In most places ordering these things together is somewhat cheaper, but watch the prices. Other places it is not cheaper, it's just easier to order by saying and number 1 instead of ordering separately. For instance, if you go to the movies and order a popcorn combo, which is usually a med. drink and large popcorn it's the same price if you ordered it separately. They just want you to think it's cheaper. They do not substitute an ice cream for a drink and be careful because for breakfast if you ask for a soda instead of a coffee or juice in a combo, some of the places charge for the soda.

Salad, yogurt and wheat germ is a combo for a healthy person. I like your thinking though. lol.
