Im going to islands of adventure what should i bring?

    Buy a fanny pack at walmart, and wear it around your waste. That way, you won't have to check your bag in a locker for about 50% of the rides. Seriously, it is a pain to have to check your stuff into a locker for so many of the rides. If you have a fanny pack, they let you on. Lather on the sunscreen before you go! Pack some energy bars to munch on in case you get really hungry while waiting in line. If you are bringing a camera or cell phone, it might be a good idea to pack a little ziplock plastic bag in your fanny pack to wrap them in when you go on water rides. Also, just a heads up,,... on the popeye ride, you will get about as wet as if you jumped in a swimming pool! But it is a lot of fun. Enjoy!

an over the shoulder type bag is also a good thing to have for any amusement park, especially if you plan on buying any souvenir type stuff. i wouldn't buy an express pass if you're going with your school for 2 reasons: 1) there's no point in skipping the lines by yourself if your friends have to wait anyways, and 2) they're really not worth the price. depending on what meals you're buying, you'd probably need around $35 for food. if you're planning on buying stuff when you're there, allow for that as well. Remember, stuff is usually overpriced at amusement parks. i'd suggest bringing a water bottle (if they allow that anymore), sunscreen, maybe a camera if you like to take pictures, and some snack foods. i can't remember if IoA has a water park, but a bathing suit might be good to bring too.
