I doubt there is any teen nightclubs in Vegas. That city is more for the older people. I even did research online when i was younger to see if there is any, I didn't. I saw only the 18 and over Nightclubs in Henderson, NV.

Sorry none in Las Vegas, only Henderson (Frozen) a 30 minute drive
