    You said you hooked it into the fuse line, don't do that. Hook it straight to the battery, both positive and negative wires, and ground it separately with grounding braid.

Do you get it only when the engine is running? If so, it's spark plug noise. New cables might do the trick. Is the interference a whine that changes pitch when you step on the accelerator? If so, it's alternator noise. A noise filter on the positive lead should help or running both leads directly to the battery will eliminate it. If you do this, put fuses on both leads.
