    What i noticed is that all of them will still give you static. My advice if you can use a different way to play your ipod i would do that. But if you have to go this route dont spend a lot just get a reasonably priced one. They all still can create static. They just try to play a radio wave that can easily pick up interference.

ALPINE makes a module that is plug and play. ex10 was the model. you could plug it into the cigarette lighter mount the small LCD screen on the dash somewhere. then you plug in the ipod and stash that in a pocket or the glove box. the unit will charge the ipod and also display all the info on the little LCD display. unit also has a control module for it too.
