  Since they're dual 4's and not super powerful you have two logical options for an amp. A pair of dual 4's can be wired with the coils parallel for 2 ohms, and subs parallel for a total of 1 ohm. They can also be wired with the coils in series for 8 ohms and subs parallel for 4 ohms. So you're either looking for a 1 ohm stable mono amp that's 600-700w rms at 1 ohm Or a 2 channel that bridges to 600-700w at 4 ohms. Performance-wise there's little if any difference between the two. I personally like the idea of a class D mono since they are more efficient than a standard class a/b (which most 2 ch's are) - although there are a few class D 2 ch amps as well.
