    Of course, you'll just most likely need a speaker level converter and splice into the rear speaker wires to provide signal for the amp...unless you have an amp that already has speaker level inputs... 2nd question...no idea I'm not a Cadillac fan.

you can hook up subs and an amp to ANY FACTORY RADIO i dont care what the make/model/year it is, ANY radio can hook up to one if your radio does not have rca audio outputs i suggest going to your local radio shop and talking to them about it even if your amp doesnt have high input connections there are adapters that convert a speaker signal to an rca (in fact the signal is identical except one has much more power going through it) there are adapters for this for example http://www.google.com/products/catalog?q=car+stereo+rca+adapter&um=1&ie=UTF-8&tbm=shop&cid=15236964504772701410&sa=X&ei=5LrzTfHqFIvWtQP05-y2Cw&ved=0CEQQ8wIwAQ
