NO, your that box has 3.06 Cu. Ft and MTX recommends 1-1.5Cu.Ft. for a sealed box and 1.75Cu.Ft. for a ported box---- its too big

this is a great box it is recommended that you should have at least 1.0 ft cubic box for a 12" sub any ting under and you lose bass.
