How do I switch back to the old version of yahoo mail. I'm being forced to use the new version?

Beginning the week of June 3, 2013, you will be prompted to switch to a new version of Yahoo! Mail, because older versions of Yahoo! Mail (including Mail Classic) are being discontinued. While you can delay switching for several weeks, beginning July 9, 2013, you can only access your Yahoo! Mail if you switch to a new version. However, besides the new full featured Yahoo mail Yahoo also offers "basic mail" which doesn't provide all features of the new mail - this version may be interesting to look at for former Mail Classic users. Missing features in "basic mail": photo slideshow, messenger, and themes. To switch to basic mail: sign in to Yahoo! Mail, move your cursor over the gear icon in the upper-right and select mail options, check "switch to Basic Mail", click save.
