How to uncheck "enable conversations" under viewing email?

  • All the forums tell you to disable conversations so you can check "Sender" in the drop down list. I am unable to "unclick" enable conversations. It is LOCKED in ...show more

  • Answer:

    Mouse over the Settings menu icon Gear Icon | select Settings. Click Viewing email. Click the box to delete the check in the Enable conversations option. Click Save.

Did you ever get this resolved? I am having the exact same problem. I can get to the page to unclick it...but it's impossible to uncheck that stupid box!

I can't uncheck it either. In fact I can't change anything under settings in my email. All locked. Has anyone gotten this working? I also can't check "show snippets"
