How can I get a good deal at a luxury resort?

Commercial Real Estate: I have always dreamt of making a luxury resort and casino like Bellagio in Las Vegas,How do I start with?

  • I am 19 year old girl from Nevada,studying in New York right now,and my father is a rich man, he made his fortune from Stock Market.Our family have no idea how  real estate business is done,but me, I see a great future in it. I have been dreaming of making a luxury resort and casino for past 7 years.I visit Bellagio every month and spend so much time with my boyfriend and we dream of making another Bellagio here in Las Vegas. Well we have no experience in real estate but please make us understand.I think the whole process is so easy,We just have to raise around $2 Billion in private equity and get the construction done in 2-3 years. Why do people say its very hard or impossible to do unless we have a experience in real estate.

Those people just don't know how easy it is for you to raise $2 billion in private equity and finish construction in 2-3 years.  If you can do that, you don't need to know anything more about real estate.  You can always hire general contractors and developers to do the actual busy work. Since it's so easy, you should stop dreaming and get going today.  I would love to stay at your new place in 2018!
