    Agreed with Raven, it really depends on where in Alaska it was shipped. And for more remote areas you can't really follow the tracker, so if you sent it to a village or smaller community it may still be moving and just not being tracked. Also in some smaller communities there is not a 'post office' they way you have them in the lower 48, packages are flow into bush communities bypass mail, which means on a space available basis with passengers and priority mail getting the first spaces. So ask the person who is expecting it to check with the mail contact in their community to see if they know where it is at. But it is not unusual for parcel post to take extra weeks to arrive in some alaskan locations.
