How do I get my address book back? I can't send e-mails because I don't remember eveyone's address?

Before I could write an e-mail, go to the address book and automatically enter the address(s) of the person or people I wanted to contact. Now I can't. Why

In the address section of the email Click on "TO" or cc and your address book will appear tick the one/s you want to send to then click Ok compose your mail and send. Have a great weekend Jes***
