How does one go about moving cross country?

  Well I am moving 900 miles, I know it isn't across country but it is a bit of a drive. We are going to save up enough to vacation there for a week this summer. Check out apartments and apply for jobs. Then save more and move near september. We should and need a place to live and a job by the time we move there so we can pay rent and other bills. We are going to get the biggest uhaul and pack all our things and head out. Why are we moving, well because I hate the weather here and humidity and traffic and family is here so we are starting anew in colder climate :)
