How do I get a picture link in the text box?

I wanted to ask for some opinions on some pictures and I can't figure out how to get a picture link or whatever in the text box... Please help! Thanks everyone :)

Only if you are level 2 on yahoo answers will you be allowed to make a picture link or a hypertext protocol link for an image. That's the facts Ma'am. You need to get a rank on here so you can post linked images. Basically once you achieved the level 2 you then copy the address of the page you want to display from a secondary open IE window and paste the link the web address into the information box.
