How do I delete attachments stored in my Yahoo email?

I use yahoo email. I need to delete a lot of attachments. How do I do this?

  The pictures you are seeing are pictures you have seen while surfing the net. Easiest way is to open McAfee then on the left side click Maintain Computer. In the section McAfee Quick clean click start. This will clean your temporary internet files the cache, history etc. Note, the Shredder takes about 30 minutes regular delete takes 5 minutes or less.
