How do you forward an attachment from another email?

How can I forward an email with pictures without making it an attachment?

    Try 'reply' instead of forward and wipe the senders address. ~ That often works when forward doesn't.

First try to fix it thru your settings! Here's how: Click Optionsin the upper right of your Mail page. On the Options page, in the "Management" column, click on General Preferences. Find the "Composing E-mails" section, "Mode:", and choose Compose messages as plain text. Scroll to the bottom and click the Save button. Now try it. Can you Compose, Reply to a message or Forward? If so, great! We're done. But if you're still having trouble Composing, Replying to a message or Forwarding, please click 'Refresh' button,clear history,delete offline files from temporary internet folder,clean your browser's cache,clear SSL slate,delete unnecessary cookies.If it still can't solve tyour issue then contact Yahoo!
