How do I change my email from Verizon to yahoo?

Since recent format change in Verizon Yahoo email I can't open attachments in Firefox. Works in IE.?

    Having the same problem with Firefox. It says save to computer or dropbox. When I hit computer, I have no idea where it has downloaded, for it is not in my download folder. Wish someone would just say, it will work when we iron out the bugs.

I had/have the same problem. It suddenly stopped working; began working a day later; now, dead in the water. Would like to see an official YAHOO Mail staffer respond.

Same thing in Chrome... can't open, view, or download attachments. Help box doesn't work either.

Forwarding to gmail works. Also I can access attachments using Firefox, so it may be a compatibility issue with Google Chrome?

Did not work in IE for me. Only way is to forward to a gmail account and from there open and download the attachment...
