If it does not do what it is supposed to do, then hover over the gear in the upper right corner of the screen, and click on account information. When prompted, enter your current password and a new screen should appear. From there, click on "Change my password" under "Sign-in and Security". Type in your current password, and then enter the new password that you want to change it to in the boxes underneath the current password box. Make sure they match. Click on the "Save" button and you're done! Use passwords that include special characters, such as @ and !, numbers, and both upper and lower-case letters. Hope this helps :)
