Campfires with smores are awesome; you can also go to a waterpark, play basketball/other sports you like, play video games, go ding-dong ditching at night, start a series of "summer wars" where you compete to do as much of something as possible (stealing from each other, winning at something) and whoever does the most wins, card games, etc.
