    In that case you need to be considered a qualified teacher for Australian standards. That means a university degree majoring in Arabic literature and language and at least a one year education degree or diploma. Then you apply for a visa. If you get one ( there is no guarentee) you have to apply for jobs like all other teachers in Australia - but beware, language teachers are one of the most unemployed teachers in Australia (along with PE and history) and unless you can teach something else (and have uni qualifications in that) there is little chance you will get a job here.
