    Justin is talking out of his/her backside so don't pay any attention to that answer. The first thing you have to understand is that unless you are a citizen of the EEA (European Economic Area) or are eligible for British Citizenship through ancestry, you cannot just up sticks and move to any part of the UK. Unless you have a shed load of money to invest here you would need a work permit, and to get one of those you will need a skill that is in high demand here. London is expensive but it's where I live and to me, it's the best place to be. Ignore Justin's comments about anti American feeling, it is very rare and most of us are nice to everyone from abroad.

London. Before you do go to the UK I suggest you take in consideration the anti-American attitude people there have. Prior to moving you might also want to finnish college and have lots of money since London is a very expensive place to live in.
