    Just to clarify, there is no automatic discount for travelling in London just because you're a student. If you are studying here, though it is possible to get a discount. not sure such a thing exists (student version) its sort of like a credit card, you "put money on it" and badge it on and off every bus / underground journey, it takes money off for each journey, but it is cheaper / quicker / easier than cash
