  I'm assuming you are from outside the EU, based on your question. You can't move to Germany with your boyfriend. There are multiple problems based on your situation. -As a girlfriend (not a spouse) you can't live with him in the Air Force. -You can't get a residence visa for Germany, because the two of you aren't married, and he's not German. In order to move over, you'd have to find a way to do it independently, through a study or work visa. Unless you have good funding, speak German fluently, are highly educated/skilled, or have sponsors to pay living costs, this is very difficult to do. You'd have to live on your own as well, because unmarried partners generally aren't allowed to live together in the US military. You can visit him for 90 days (during which time you can't work, and probably will have to support yourself off base) without a visa, but then you have to return for 90 days before you can visit again. If you aren't ready to get married, you'll have to keep in touch other ways until he gets a new placement.
