Is there way use a cruise line, to sail distination, then reuse cruise line when like come back?

By International Regulations cruise lines are not transportation. So the short answer is NO. Now, sometimes depending on your citizenship and countries involved it MAY be possible. But it would first take clearance from the cruise line in advance. You would then have to find a cruise that goes between the two ports. Since there are no one-way cruises between Florida and Columbia, you would have to find a cruise that stops in Columbia. But you would still be required to pay for the entire cruise. The same goes for going back. You would first have to get clearance and still end up paying for the entire cruise. If you really wanted to do this method of transportation you would have to look into Cargo Ships. Some cargo lines have the ability to accept passengers and there would probably be at least a few that go between Columbia and the US.

No. A cruise ship is not a bus where you can get off and on at different places. When you get off and on the ship they scan your ID so they know who is on the ship and who got off for excursions at the ports.
