Answer:
I work on a cruise ship. and growing up it was the only cruise company i wanted to work for. However, they are very strict. and there's far too many kids on board. It really depends on the position you want to do as well and your nationality. i work for Carnival and have had such a laugh and a great experience with them. although they too are strict you can probably get away with more there.

That would actually decide on your: self esteem, fitness, moral and your willingness to work. Yes, the workers do smile- because they're paid to do so. Your often 12 to 16 hours on your feet and sometimes they miscalculate the number of employees- that means (Murphy's Law!) you might sleep on the floor. The cabins are small and are worse than a college dorm. They pay depends- including how big you smile (especially on DCL) your service, how polite you are, if you have that spring in your step that makes people compliment and yes- your looks! People want a descent, thin Disney body- fit to be in a movie. If you're fat and have pimples and zits- A. You'll probably get demoted and be like a dish boy B. You're fatness will make you lack the ability to work C. You'll be humiliated in those tight cruise uniforms. But working on a cruise can be great, too- no commuting, new sights, sometimes you get time off, you get new friends, there are sometimes staff parties, too. And one more thing- you usually get 1 or 2 vacations a year, but they're usually weeks or more.

working on royal carribean is AMAZING .
Well, if you have the time and all, why not. I mean, there are no guarantees, other than you'll make money, and probably have fun too. You could make sure, if you haev family though, that you have insurance before you leave, just be safe, and always know where the life jackets are, right?

no, personally DCL sucks. (but that is my opinion) it is your choice, but i would not reccomend working on the boat
CHOCO CHIC
I went on the cruise a few years ago and it was fun. The crew looked well groomed and looked like they were enjoying it (might just be them putting on a show though). I personally think it would be a fun job, seeing as how i've always loved Disney and children.
