That's the company that currently runs the "Regal Empress". Although an elderly ship (ex-Olympia, 1953), she is apparently well-maintained and has an old-world charm very different from the glass-and-balconies mega-liners of today. I would give her a try as a nice contrast from Royal C. As regards ocean views, I personally wouldn't plan to do more than sleep and change in my cabin, so wouldn't pay extra. But some people like their private views.

It's a rustbucket that should have been decommissioned decades ago. Carnival has many cruises less than RC. Check out vacationstogo.com and do a search using your budget as a guide.
