Disney allows 18 year olds to sail without accompanying adult. So does Cunard, but only on some cruises and NEVER during spring break times. Neither will allow anyone under age 21 to drink alcohol of any kind. Instead, you might consider flying to Cancun or a Caribbean island and staying at one of the all-inclusive resorts. They are great fun, and the all-inclusive does include alcohol, and the legal drinking age is 18. If you check around, you will surely find some pretty good bargains. Be absolutely sure, though, to read ALL of the reviews -- some of those places are wonderful, and some are lousy.
