Has anyone been on the Carnival Pride ship lately?

    The general rule is that the higher the deck the higher the price. The view is certainly better and you are usually closest to activity centres such as dining rooms and theatres. On the other hand, you get the maximum pitching and tossing up there. Seasoned and well-heeled cruisers go for "midships" locations. Half way along and half way up.) All I can say about kids is that for some reason or another you see far fewer of them on cruise ships than at the average family resort. But the few that I did see seemed pretty happy. The ship can handle kids, but can you? I would never take young children on a cruise, that's like bringing them to Las Vegas. But it's your vacation, hope you have a great time!
