What's the difference between a cloud and a web server?
-
-
Answer:
With cloud servers, you can provide automatic scalability to your application. When you use traditional servers, the ways by which you can handle increasing traffic are : Adding more servers and distributing the traffic b/w them (this includes manual installation and configuration) Adding more resources to the existing server (practically, there's is a limit to it) However, if you use cloud servers, this process is done automatically (after a bit of scripting though) and you are more or less exempted from the headache of managing your servers.
