  They distribute free tickets in advance at the customer service desk. You can get one ticket per show. If there are 2 different shows, then you can get a ticket for each show. This is not a difficult process. Often there is no line at all. They do look at tickets at the door, although I'm not sure how carefully. I have a feeling many people get in without a ticket. I'm sure that you can get in after everyone with tickets gets in. You might not get the best seat. But the place is small enough that all seats are reasonably good. I have not heard of anyone not getting to see the shows. They are really fabulous. You'll love it! I see that some others are saying that you don't need tickets. I was on the ship in Dec., and I needed a ticket. It was also a 12 day cruise, and had 2 different shows. The shows are quite professional. What the person above must mean- about your children being in the show- at one point they pick 2 children from the audience, and bring them out on the ice. The children are not actually in the show.
