What is Australian Football?

What's the difference between Gaelic Football and Australian Rules Football?

  • What's the difference between Gaelic Football and Australian Rules Football? And.... What if I add American Gridiron to that?

  • Answer:

There are so many differences, Gaelic footy is played with a round ball, on a rectangular field and players are not allowed to tackle. Aussie Rules is played on a much larger field, that is oval in shape, the ball resembles a gridiron ball but is fatter if you know what I mean, also in Aussie Rules there is tackling allowed, but not below the knees or above the shoulders. There are way too many differences to put on here, the scoring is different also. The rules are also no where near the same.

Gaelic football is just plain crazy they have a soccer ball that they are allowed to pickup and tackle each other. Aussie rules is just poo. Almost the same as Gaelic, but with a normal football. Gridiron is weak as they use padding Honestly just type it in on YouTube that's the best way of finding out
