  while I can appreciate that these are tough questions, the only one who can answer correctly is you. You don't want to just say what they want to hear. You have to give honest answers, or you may just become part of our already corrupt system, rather than achieving what you really set out to do in the first place. First of all, what do you want to achieve? What is your greatest hope and smallest hope by obtaining this opportunity? You can answer this honestly, because these answers are just for yourself. Secondly, if poverty is the thing you feel most strongy about changing, then run with that. It is an interest as well as a reason you want to participate. You want to change poverty in the world. How do you think it can be changed? Do you have ideas? Write yourself a list. Everything will become clearer to you as you sort it out for yourself. You may just find that they place you with an interest group that isn't what you wanted if you aren't honest from the beginning. For me, I think political unrest is at a high peak word wide right now, and it terrifies me. But, you search for the answers in the only real place you can find the answers. Within you. You know that's where it's at already, so get busy writing your ideas down! Good luck!
