How do I switch to a GREEN energy provider?

There is not any that are Green unless they are sick then you better not go near them because they might puke on you!!!! Seriously they are going to make gobs of money off you anyway, so why switch? If you stay with them they will raise prices but because of life and death issues they can't raise the prices to fast and if you make the switch to a "green company" they are not green in the way that you think. They might have a thing that removes bad stuff from the air they release but where does that bad stuff go? Into a sludge that they have to put somewhere and its not a cost effective thing to do which they will so kindly pass on to you in the price you pay. If you go through a utility to do the solar thing they have started charging monthly fees for the opportunity to go green and conserve energy though I think they get away with it by calling it maintenance fees which if they did it right in the first place you shouldn't need anything done to the system for the first three years! Plus its expensive starting off like thirty thousand. Some places do have a little system you can hook up which makes your meter run backwards. It's small and not all places charge the monthly fees for it just the installation and cost of the system. That's probably your best bet.
