From the graph you provided it appears that the area of the ocean with at least 15% sea ice has increased 1.5%. It should be noted that this happened while the worldwide concentration of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere is increasing because....??? the energy output of the Sun is decreasing there may have also been a lessening of hot spring activity ______________________________________...
