What exactly is the job of a wildlife conservationist?

I want a job that has to do with travel/wildlife..also help protect it?

  you could be: A wildlife biologist working for the government (check out The Bureau of Land Management) A park ranger/someone who works for the forest service. Really your best chance to work with wildlife is to Major in biology. The wildlife biologist job would be great for someone like you. On an average day you would go out and map where you have seen endangered species and make sure their habitat becomes a protected area from land disturbances such as mining, drilling for oil/gas, or any other activity that would be harmful to the environment/animal.
