Argentina, education in Brazil is really bad. I think you should put this question in another category.

I will tell you this if you are on a serious budget forget about Brasil it's getting expensive. Stick with Argentina your money goes farther. I enjoy Brasil alot better than Argentina but Brasil it is getting expensive.
