To me, it means that they had a good relationship, until something went wrong and they broke up. Later on, "Alejandro" is probably asking her to go back with him, but she isn't his "babe" anymore. And she probably mentions "Roberto" and "Fernando" because the same thing might've happened with them two. ________________________ Every song from her album "The Fame Monster" is a different monster that she encountered while on tour for her album "The Fame". The monster for this song is her "Fear of Sex" Monster. I dont know why its her fear of sex monster because I thought that "Teeth" was the Fear of Sex monster, but idk. _______________________ ps: "ALEJANDRO" is an amazing song :)

I agree with you completely on that, but I also get a hidden message in her song that nobody else noticed. I think, in parts of it, she was singing about being raped or abused. I don't know if it's correct, but I'm pretty sure I'm on to something.
