I need some tips on how to become a better singer?

Your intonation needs a little bit of work, but your voice is clear and fairly strong. I can recommend something that can help you improve in general: try practicing songs that require a broader range. The songs you put on Youtube all require a similar (small) range, and that's common for popular songs. Try solo songs instead of covers if you want real practice. Most important, KEEP PRACTICING. Drink room-temperature water or even tea for your voice, even if your throat doesn't hurt. Avoid cold, sweet things and dairy products like ice cream.

Ok, well I have listened and yes you have a good voice, however, you need to give your singing more passion, instead of having your arms folded, fiddling with the Tshirt, be more sincere in the words. Look at the camera and not at the ceiling plus do relax more and not be so stiff.
