How do i get a better singing voice if i can't afford a lesson teacher?

Answer:
Practice using your diaphragm. Really flex your stomach muscles. The biggest problem with me is just not being loud enough. Also try matching pitches with a piano or other instrument. Any music teacher or anyone who studied music would probably have some tips. I learned things from my band teacher.
