WAVEPAD SOUND EDITOR. http://www.nch.com.au/wavepad/ Trust me, it works, and you can download a free trial. Then simply click controls (along the top), then play double speed. OR go onto effects, then speed/pitch/speed and pitch and edit the song. Then load it up onto Windows Movie Maker. GOOD LUCK. It worked for me :D
