Thanksgiving day recipes!!!?

Our family favorite is a great potato cheddar dish that everyone loves.. so easy and a real crowd pleaser.. best of all you can make it ahead of time and just heat it up.. the recipe is here http://www.celebrationideasonline.com/index.html under the Thanksgiving section.

cream cheese stuffed sweet potatoes: boil lg. sweet potatoes cut off ends,. and take off skin stand up on one end, like a barrel scoop out(hollow) center, be careful not to scoop too much, it needs to keep the structure, fill center with softened cream cheese top off with some of the scooped out potato then top that off with mini marshmallows drizzle with honey and sprinkle with brown sugar bake for 10 minutes, until center is warm and marshmallows start to turn golden brown.
