I like the aesthetic value of Thanksgiving. Being from Boston, I have a front row seat. Imagining the grayish skies, cool temperatures, barren trees, brown color of the outdoors. Perfect weather to eat, drink and be merry. Goes perfect with a Sam Adams beer. I do not get into the other aspects. The settlers alughtered countless Indians, etc.
