Well, this is a traditional recipe of my aunt's, and it is perfect for kids because it is so easy they can make it themselves. Easy lemon cookies Take one box of cheap lemon cake mix and dump it in a bowl. Stir in one tub of Cool Whip. Mix until uniform. Drop by spoonfuls on a greased cookie sheet and slightly flatten with the back of the spoon. Cook for 12 minutes at 400 degrees. Remove from oven to cool and sprinkle them with powdered sugar. That's it. This recipe really works and it is good!
