I actually like her jazz albums. Her voice is very soothing. Have you heard her jazz albums? There actually quite good. She may not blow you away but the jazz is definitely there.

I agree of the 3 singing is her worst. But she can sing as proven in her song Weekend Love from Black Reign. One of my fav Queen Latifah songs.

Before she was a hip hop artist she was a singer. She song the background vocals on her All Hail the Queen album. I guess she pursue rapping instead because most of the females singers in the 80's and 90's were the glamourous Feminine type like Shelia E, Jody Watley, Karen White, Janet, and Whitney Houston. Something Queen Latifah is not cause she looks butch and act hard. what's sexy about a butch chick singing about romance? lol. I guess since now she's an a-lister she can pursue her real passion since a-lister can pretty much do anything even when their not so good at it. But Queen Latifah can sing to me.
