Who would want human waste as snow on the ski resort?

What city in US can you go to see snow end of December don't want mountains or ski resort Somewhere when you open the door there's line 5 to 6 inches of snow?

  In terms of large cities, you could probably go to Minneapolis, Milwaukee, Chicago, or especially Buffalo to see this. You would have even better chances though in some of the snow belts, like Syracuse and Rochester NY down through Erie PA and the east side of Cleveland. Same thing on the lee side of the other lakes - Grand Rapids or Kalamazoo MI up to Traverse City and especially Gaylord further inland. Marquette is a great place to go with snow guaranteed if you want to go that far...same thing further west in Duluth although not quite as much. Northern New England wouldn't be a bad place either, in places such as Burlington VT. I have added in the related links below a map of average December snowfall in the eastern United States.
